Privacy Policy

This is a brochure website for a small adult family home. It has no accounts, no shopping cart, and no advertising trackers. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. That is all — we do not ask for health information, and we ask that you do not include medical details in the form.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as essentially all websites do.

We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you would like, to arrange a tour. Your message is delivered to our inbox by email.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not share it with anyone except where we are legally required to.

Enquiry emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of our conversation with you. If you would like your enquiry deleted, contact us and we will remove it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using any of the details on our contact page and we will take care of it.

Our contact page shows an embedded Google map so you can find the house. Loading that map means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies in your browser, in the same way it would if you visited Google Maps directly. We do not control that, and we do not receive any information about you from it. If you would rather not load it, you can reach the same place by typing our address into the map app of your choice.

This site is intended for adults arranging care and is not directed at children.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date shown above.
